Meanwhile cells are organizing in numerous horizontal capes which are six in the six month of gestation. In this circumstance the brain-structure is convert in brain-function through all the life. Attempt correlate the structural areas described by Brodman (47 areas) and the described by Von Economo (109 areas 5-types), with the brain function in the neuropsychiatric disorders in the light of the current knowledge and our experience. We proposed a structure- functional theory in the psychopathology of dementia.
