Information and communication technologies have become a key element in everyday life, including the workplace. Consequently, in Peru the adoption of teleworking is being promoted as an alternative that allows balancing the quality of life of workers and their job responsibilities. From this perspective, this paper presents the benefits obtained after the application of teleworking as a sustainable business strategy in a microenterprise that provides consulting services. Among the main results include economic savings for the company, the reduction of greenhouse gases and staff satisfaction.
