Gastrointestinal involvement is an uncommon manifestation of cryptococcosis and, consequently, there are very few reports that have described symptomatic duodenal involvement. We present three cases of Cryptococcus-associated duodenitis in HIV-positive patients and review the literature. © 2011 ISHAM.
