Abstract
The purposes of the studies carried out in this research carried out in the professional career of electrical mechanical engineering in coordination with the graduate monitoring area of the Universidad Nacional del Altiplano are i) to analyze the experiences of monitoring graduates and the strategies of labor insertion developed by the participating universities, with the intention of contributing to the incorporation of improvements in their institutional effectiveness processes, and ii) analyze the accreditation agreements, regarding observations of strengths and weaknesses on labor insertion and follow-up of graduates. The latter was specified through the review of the institutional accreditation agreements for the professional career of electrical mechanical engineering, accredited by SINEACE.
