Abstract
The study aims to describe the social behavior of the anthropoceno, in situations of isolation under the declaration of the state of emergency made by the Government of Peru in the face of the spread of the pandemic, it also seeks to explain the taxonomy of the virus for its proper use and suggests some strategies that the government should adopt when presenting a lethal threat such as coronavirus. For it, references were searched in the PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Sciences and Scopus databases. Using keywords as; coronavirus and COVID-19 as of March 16, 2020, moreover, 148 articles were identified of which 20 studies were selected because they contained original data. In the face of the obvious global crisis, civil society and the government of Peru have adopted strategies that the World Health Organization (WHO) and countries such as Colombia and China recognize. It is concluded that the construction of a solid country capable of regaining the confidence of health and government instances will allay fear of isolation and increase the organizational-solidarity capacity of civil society against COVID-19.
