The Common Market of the Southern Cone-Mercosur-, is an economic alliance created in 1991, initially formed by Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay; Subsequently, Chile, Bolivia, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuela joined, which it joined in 2006. This has made it possible to align efforts in economic, social, political and cultural issues, encouraging the development of member states. Among the results, it is observed that this type of inter-state alliances is consolidated mainly to create economic benefits; in addition, they allow to approach different dimensions configuring them as capacity incubation scenarios, promoting themselves in addition to the indicated economic growth, the state competitiveness, productivity of the organizations and the development of the communities.
