Abstract
A good university training of future professionals in education as in other specialty, is one of the concerns that the university has whether state or private; so it is necessary to know how teachers perform in the management of their different classes or learning sessions, even more when we find that university studies have to be virtual, both synchronously and asynchronously, using platforms such as Zoom and the use of other platforms such as Moodle. The study aimed to know the performance of 31 teachers (20 women (64.5 %) and 11 men (35.5 %) through a virtual survey conducted to 540 students in this case of the professional school of initial education; through an instrument consisting of 5 dimensions, which are related to the activity of the teacher in their virtual classes such as: Course mastery, teaching-learning processes, student-teacher relationship, Ethics and Humanistic, Finally, with the results it was concluded that teachers have an optimal performance in teaching and pedagogical management; but significant deficiencies in research and intellectual production.
