Abstract
This document shows the benefits of implementing a digital strategy for SMEs that is aimed at increasing sales. The proposed strategy is based on the analysis of the needs of the company and the alignment of its business objectives with social media objectives. The main objectives of the de-signed digital strategy are the attraction of potential customers and, subsequently, the increase of online sales.
