Abstract
Currently, there is at least 15% of world population that presents some type of disability, and that also has accessibility troubles with their integration into society. To the accessibility barriers that this population deal with, added to this is that caused by technological barriers, which arise as a consequence of the development of technology itself. However, the combination of different technologies provided by the Semantic Web and storage would improve the use of these tools, and help in this issue. It is expected that the systems built with the tools of the Semantic Web will be more personalized and flexible, allowing to help the population with disabilities to carry out some type of activity using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Our work contributes to analyzing different ontological frameworks related to people with disabilities carried out in recent years, identifying the accessibility barrier that people present. Finally, all the studies carried out can be summarized in a proposal for the design of a conceptual architecture that contains a meta-ontology in the domain of people with physical and visual disabilities with these elements.
