Abstract
In recent years, Agribusiness has been experiencing great changes caused by the accelerated adoption of technologies in all its links. The emergence of ICT, Big Data, GPS, UAVs, Robotics, immersive virtual reality, sensors, among others, and their combined use have become strategic and indispensable allies for decision-making, and achieving the satisfaction of a sophisticated consumer, hyper-connected and demanding in safety and traceability. In this article, we present a systematic review of the literature on the application of technologies in agribusiness, published in the last two decades in Spanish, English and Portuguese, in three databases: Redalyc, Scielo and Springer. Similarly, it carried out an analysis of the evolution of the publications, the countries where they were developed, the links and types of technologies used. Lines of great potential for scientific publication were identified as those related to IoT and nanotechnology.
