Abstract
Using the data obtained by the Fermilab E831 photoproduction Experiment, a spin polarization study of Λc baryon is presented for two of its decay modes: Λ0π and Ksp. Preliminary polarization results for Λ0π and values of the product αΛcP for Ksp are obtained. We show that, for Λ0π, Λc is produced with a small polarization that due to the low statistics is consistent with zero within 2σ. © 2008 American Institute of Physics.
