Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze the public policies of the tourism sector implemented in the municipality Miranda - Venezuela based on the opinions of managers of public institutions and to know how efficient their implementation has been from the point of view of tour operators. The research is descriptive and field; interviews, surveys and observation were conducted to key informants. The results suggest that 100% of the companies in the sample do not benefit from the policies implemented by the Venezuelan State, due to the lack of coordination of government entities at different levels and the lack of knowledge that they have operational reality Of these companies.
