Abstract
The research is a case study of a dairy industry in Rio Grande do Norte which conducted an innovation project in partnership with SENAI and the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte. The project was based on the feasibility analysis of the technical, economic, financial and marketing of the development of four innovative products. It has also a valuation of market structure and application of strategies used to increase productivity and company growth. Finally, it presents the analysis of all the used method, pointing out the positives and what could be improved in the next similar projects.
