It has been regarded that the application of AI support in enhancing the productivity and thereby result in sustainable development. The current economic situations calls for using sophisticated technologies for enhancing the output and meet the needs of the stakeholders. Hence, the study is focused more in understanding the role of AI in enhancing the productivity in the organisation. Business managers focuses in considering the human capital who take more initiative, appreciate changes and stimulate more innovation in servicing the customers effectively. So as to meet the growing needs of the customers, companies in the services industry like banks, financial institutions etc tend to remove their centralised control management so as to enhance flexibility, deliver better services and make the employed be involved in the job effectively. It's been stated that job involvement is considered as the key factor which contributes immensely in increasing efficiency of the employees and achieve greater performance A higher the level of job involvement of the individuals in the organisation, better is their level of efficiency. Business enterprises in the banking domain is increasing the level of job involvement through various aspects like motivation, job analysis, performance appraisal, career management, effective financial and non-financial compensation and other measures. These aspects are focused to increase the performance of the employee and thereby increasing organisational performance. Hence the organisation implements different aspects to increase the job involvement of the employees in the organisation. This paper is focused in understanding the key factors which are influencing the job involvement of private banking companies, the researchers intend to apply multiple regression analysis so as to analyse the key variables which possess greater influence on the job involvement in the selected organisation. For the purpose of this analysis nearly 6 banking companies are selected with an acquired sample of 225 valid cases
