Abstract
The objectives of this study were: firstly, determine the distribution of toxigenic Fusarium species in corn harvested during the 2006 Fusarium outbreak, with emphasis on the occurrence of DON, and secondly, compare these results with Ontario corn surveys carried out in our laboratory from 1993 to 2000 which also included information on FB1 and ZEN contamination levels.
