Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to analyze job performance in the times of COVID 19 in uncontrolled scenarios in Lima in the year 2021. The research presents a basic type, a qualitative approach, and the inquiry process is inductive. The method is phenomenological, since it seeks to describe and understand the research variable: job performance under the COVID 19 scenario, based on the experiences and experiences of the participants. It was applied to 5 employees (1 Director, 1 Coordinator and 03 Assistants) belonging to an organization based in Lima. The semi-structured interview technique was obtained, which focuses on the dialogue between two people and lasts between 25 and 35 minutes, through telephone calls and video calls.
