Abstract
During the Covid-19 pandemic, universities adapted pedagogical and administrative management to virtuality. However, countries like Peru, which had not advanced much in virtual education; this was a new experience with successes and limitations. According to this analysis, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of the virtual educational management of the industrial engineering career of a private Peruvian university in the context of remote emergency education. 414 industrial engineering students participated from the first to the tenth cycle of studies between 16 and 43 years old (Mage = 23.65, SD = 5.92). The results show that students evaluate virtual educational management and the dimensions of virtual educational resources, virtual university teaching, and management for student continuity, administrative management, virtual tutoring and research as relatively efficient. However, some cycles of studies qualified management as relatively efficient and neither efficient nor deficient.
