Abstract
This report documents the presence of normal cyclical patterns of serum FSH, LH, estradiol, progesterone, and 17α-hydroxyprogesterone in a patient with congenital absence of the uterus. The lifelong absence of a functioning uterus appears to have had no effect on the functional lifespan of the corpus luteum or on any of several other features of this patient's gonadotropic and ovarian function. © 1973 by The Endocrine Society.
