Abstract
The objective of this article is to make known the importance of a strategic model of operations for the different models of management of fishing infrastructures on the coast of Peru, which seeks to guarantee the continuity of its operation. The existing problems in the current management model are evident, despite the existence of standards that regulate technical aspects for its operation. This strategy makes it possible to guarantee the maritime traffic of fishing vessels during the discharge operations of hydrobiological resources. The importance of complementary services in fishing infrastructures is noted, taking into account that Peru has 116 landing points, 16,045 fishing vessels that carry out activity and 44,161 artisanal fishermen according to the last I National Census of Artisanal Fishing of the Maritime Field.
