Abstract
The objective of this research is to demonstrate how generational diversity influences digital education in teachers of the Administration career of a private university in Lima. The study had a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, explanatory design; the population consisted of 146 teachers, in a probability sampling. For data collection, two instruments consisting of 29 items each with a Likert scale were used. It is obtained that, in terms of generational diversity perception, the high level has 88.7% of those surveyed. Regarding digital education with 91.5% of high level, according to the perception of teachers. In addition, from the result of the goodness of fit table, the deviation is evidenced, with sig = 1.00> 0.05.
