Abstract
Administrative processes that are now shown in some companies indicate that they are not yet adapted to the change on agile methodologies, and they are in a dilemma between the loss of customers, which indicates low statistics of the product they offer. Today, software is supporting traditional life cycle changes. Over the course of these years, the promotion of good practices proposed by agile methodologies has changed the management and administration focus of development projects, which are an interesting challenge for standardization. The use of these methodologies is growing day by day, and soon no company will have an excuse to use them, if they wish to obtain improvements in their processes. For this reason, it is important to carry out studies about the agile methodologies that most resemble the organization according to their limits or forms of work, this fact could lead to a good result and avoid failure in the first attempt. For this reason, comparative studies are presented, ensuring the use of good practices proposed by agile methodologies to provide to client a quality product that satisfies the times and requirements. The methods that were analyzed and compared are: DSDM method, Scrum method, Lean method, and Kanban method.
