Abstract
The present work shows the development of an educational videogame of support for the education of deaf children whose objective is to reinforce their literacy. In this videogame, the children interact using the static gestures of the Peruvian sign language, in this way, they complete the levels previously created by the teacher. In addition, gamification elements that seek to encourage the participation and competitiveness of children are used. The use of the videogame in 9 deaf children shows an increase of 22% in the students’ grades, and the SUS test, a high usability of 81/100.
