In this context, usability has become a key element, since the size of the devices introduces restrictions to the application designers and this can determine the acceptance or rejection of the software. For this study, a systematic literature review was performed in recognized databases. As a result, 20 studies were identified, comprising 13 techniques, 5 approaches and 2 methods that can be used for the design of high usability Apps. Many of these techniques can be used both in mobile commerce as well as in any other field of mobile e-Business.
