Attention is drawn to the importance of angiographic studies in the presurgical evaluation of patients with temporal lobe trauma; particular emphasis is placed on the importance of vascular displacements, as well as on that of the less common spastic changes which alter the cerebral circulation and cause disturbances which must be thoroughly assessed before neurosurgical treatment is instituted.
