Abstract
The aim of this paper is to present a methodological proposal that represents a sequence of stages on the information flow of the Spatial Data Framework in the Madre de Dios Regional Government through the application of ISO 19110 - Methodology for the cataloging of objects geographic. The implementation of standards on geographic web services and the use of geo free technologies, allowed the improvement of the quality of spatial information in the entities generating rural and forestry cadastre of the Regional Government Madre de Dios.
