This scientific article presents a proposed model for the selection process using novel techniques, such as recruitment 4.0 and digital platforms, which were used as a tool to simulate the model in the Bizagi program. In addition, the objective was to ensure that the process was adapted to the new recruitment trends and to the measures adopted by the Government to curb the advance of COVID-19; all this resulted in an efficient and effective selection process model that ensured the reduction of time and costs, as well as the care of the participants in the process.
