Abstract
The objective was to determine the personal factors in the perception of ICT that influence DC in graduate teachers. Quantitative, correlational and non-experimental study. The sample was 144 teachers. Three instruments were used: a data collection sheet for personal factors, the teachers' perception questionnaire towards ICT and a questionnaire to assess digital skills in teachers, all three validated by 10 expert judgments with a V for Aiken of excellent (100%) and a reliability by means of Cronbach's Alpha of 0.97 and 0.94 for the questionnaire of perception of teachers towards ICT and the questionnaire of digital competences in teachers respectively. An ordinal regression model was used, statistical significance was sought based on p-value <0.05. Results: The personal factors in the perception towards ICT that influence the teaching digital competence are the programs where they teach: master's degrees and the male sex, which according to the Cramer's V statistic have a moderate strength of association. It is concluded that personal factors in the perception of ICTs do influence the digital competence of teachers postgraduate teachers.
