Abstract
The aim of the article is to describe the elements of economic enterprise, from the theoretical relationships provided by the approach of systems and networks, as to unveil the dynamics of the entrepreneur and his actions. The research design is not experimental - documentary, a kind of descriptive study. Diversity of texts and scientific articles that focus their focus of study in entrepreneurship, from theory to systematize network characteristics and relationships that allow us to understand entrepreneurship in local economic development were consulted. As a result stands as the systemic relationships, and in turn grid, affecting business ventures and economic sustainability, given adequate levels generating trust and reciprocity, to promote forms of association between individuals, creating new companies that integrate and expand in local spaces. The strengthening of programs to support entrepreneurship in the design of public policies for local development goes through foster and strengthen networks of relationships that emerge from the theory and that give strength to this type of initiative in practice.
