Abstract
The objective of this paper is to report the pregnancy obtained after Oocytes vitrification and preimplantation genetic diagnosis of embryo to discard aneuploidies. A 41 year-old patient with ovarian failure received vitrified donated oocytes. Twelve vitrified oocytes in metaphase II were thawed with survival rate of 100%. All oocytes were microinjected and nine of them showed two pronucleous at sixteen hours after ICSI. On day 3, all embryos were biopsied and the PGD analyses was realized by FISH using probes for chromosomes X, Y, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21 y 22 con FISH. Three embryos were assessed as normal from analyzed chromosomes and two blastocysts were transferred to the recipient's uterus who received vaginal luteal supplementation. Twelve days after the embryo transfer the β-hCG values was 941.4 mIU/mL and the ultrasound showed one sac with one heartbeat at 28 days post transfer. Currently, the development of the pregnancy evolves normally.
