Abstract
This paper presents the experiences of teachers in Good Practices of innovation, creativity, sustainability and dissemination developed during the 2018-2019 academic year. It also analyzed and identified key strategies, developed methodologies, approaches, strengths and weaknesses applied to teaching and learning, which favor students in the development of professional engineering skills. Thus, this article presents the results of the study of key indicators of good practices, an analysis of the video production of fourteen teachers of different Engineering subjects who were selected as good teachers by their students and teacher evaluation was performed. With the exploration of good practices, collaborative and autonomous improvement activities are proposed for the acquisition of the most relevant elements to improve the development of skills.
