Abstract
In training settings, usability is essential to advance with greater security in the apprehension of training content. The pedagogical usability indicates the satisfaction with the training received, based on the evaluation of the design, the navigability and the content provided by the virtual platform. This study presents a training experience evaluated by 152 higher education teachers participating in a course offered by a Peruvian university. A combined methodological design, survey and interview is followed. The results obtained support the high level of satisfaction of teachers regarding the usability of online resources. This aspect shows the importance of considering the characteristics and motivations of the participants in the training planning in order to contribute to the reflections that allow the training continuity in these environments. In the same way, the satisfactory assessment with the training received online indicates not only a relevant adaptation of the resources to their needs, but also the acquisition of higher levels of maturity in the domain of digital skills. For this reason, the constructive interaction of the pedagogical practice is demanded, as well as the transfer of the pro-posal to other similar contexts.
